Product Warranties & Returns
Warranty Policy
We warranty our repairs for a period of six months under normal conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, hydros, pumps, motors and cylinders. Product or parts failures or malfunctions not attributable to parts and/or workmanship will not be considered.
-Repairs by unauthorized personnel
-Inadequate, contaminated, or improper fluid
-Accident, abuse, or neglect
-Improper installation
Stoen’s Hydrostatic Service, Inc will not be liable for labor costs or any other expenses incurred in removing or installing parts or products. The use of customer provided parts will void warranty. New components purchased are warranted by the manufacturer. Manufacturers' terms and conditions apply.
Return Policy
Purchases may be returned in original condition for credit within 90 days of the date of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged. Returns may not be accepted after 90 days.
